We explored many places including the shrine where they filmed parts of episode 0, Nagato's apartment, the Nishinomiya riverside park where Mikuru "confesses" to Kyon, the park where Nagato waits for Kyon on a bench for two days, the library Nagato gets a library card from, the train station they meet up before going on outings in search of aliens and finally we scaled Haruhi Hill all the way up to the school.
The hill is truly a monument, it took a significant amount of time, perhaps an hour, it was also a very busy road and quite scary especially since it was dark by then. We spotted a single other potential lone fan also scaling the hill and taking pictures though we sadly didn't make conversation.

Today we are exploring Nishinomiya on a Haruhi pilgrimage 🆘
We found this vending machine

It was very expensive, 2500 yen!
We got one each anyway.

They are frozen at -22C
My friend's clip broke off when he tried to open it.
It might be ice cream but there is no spoon...
We are cold and miffed.
