I have tried and tried and no way the washer sent works with the bracket and engine guard.

I have it mounted but the thing will not thread into the nut…

Going to try again tomorrow morning without the washer. The bolt threads into the guard so maybe no washer or thinner washer.

Got back to it. Slow starting now that the sun dipped down over the house.

Decided to start with the plugs that I have to remove for the lower bolts. They put those things in good, that and 7k miles of grim…

If you need to get plugs out of your frame/foot controls, use a pick to loosen the grim, lube it up, pop the cap off the base and push it through the back. Check if it’s got an open back, if not, pliers and wiggle, lube as needed.

Oh and don’t stick yourself with the pick, it will bleed like heck 😂

Went to go install my new engine guard on my Trike and have spent 2 hours trying to figure out how this bracket bolts on.

No clear instructions, no pictures, no YouTube videos.

Finally figured it out but now I need more tools, new loctite and an hour of extreme patience.

The patience is for the ability to not scream obscenities for the hour it takes to torque it all down after figuring out this puzzle.

All for a stupid bracket that is required for my trike. A tool and parts list would have been helpful….
