Couldn't be bothered to look for a recipe. Boiled the lentils, fried onion and garlic, added a yellow bell pepper because didn't have red, tipped the lentils in. Now what? Chilli etc seemed wrong with yellow pepper. Squeezed a lime over the cooked mess.
