Since I can no longer use the first floor (English; second floor in USian), it's mostly wasted. I need someone to reach high shelves, look after #cats occasionally, and accompany singers.

3 bedrooms, bathroom, sittingroom, needs a kitchen set up. No separate entrance. Cheap #rent for a #pianist; even cheaper for a #handyperson. If you also know how to look after fruit trees and #WildOrchids, I'd probably pay you!

#renting an apartment almost always makes me have to make a difficult choice:

Do I fix a leaky faucet myself (100% have the ability to do so) and flex my belief of #RightToRepair

Or

Do I schedule with the land lord to get it done in like 2-3 weeks. And not have to worry about the small chance something gets damaged

For reference: the leak is only while running and is from the faucet above the sink so it isn’t causing any damage, it is just annoying.
