For morale reasons, please admire these sleeves that I intensively pattern matched when I made this 1780s or so Redingote. It was slow but relatively easy and very very satisfying because I did all of it by hand! Photo of the whole thing attached to show just how very little it's even seen, and yet!
My Ribbon Needle Book 🥰
I made it using that pretty ribbon, as the cover.
It holds a selection of needles, a few pins I use when stitching bindings, along with two of my needle threaders.
