Chris KE8OTRI took a couple hours this week to print out the powerpole replacement kit for my Yaesu FT-891 in red ABS plastic using my Creality CR6-SE. Today was another hour or so getting the old 4 pin molex swapped out for this beauty and it came out looking/performing great.
Hoping to jump more fully into digital modes this year as well as a couple trips out to state parks to try my hand at Parks on the Air (POTA).

dafoinkThis might not see very exciting to many. But to send an email to a location almost 550 miles away via radio, then have it gateway'd to the internet and reach my outlook email client is pretty cool. There are times when cellular and internet are down on Hatteras Island. It is good to know that I can make contact with the outside world in these instances.
