Harbor

One nice thing about the Yashica Samurai X3.0 is the zoom lens that goes up to 75 mm. I can see further down the lagoon than with my other half-frame cameras (I do have a 100 mm lens for the Konica Auto-Reflex, though). Shot on Plus-X (expired 1990s) and developed in Divided D-76.

Dutch Girl

Another easy shot for me, close to home, picturesque, a typical thing for me to shoot on a first roll through a camera. Yashica Samurai X3.0, Kodak Plus-X (expired 1990s), Divided D-76.

Steer

My first roll through any camera almost always includes a shot of this, which sits on the roof of a local chicken restaurant. The space housed a butcher shop for decades, which explains things a bit better. Credit to Claudie’s (the restaurant) for keeping it on the roof. Yashica Samurai X3.0, Kodak Plus-X (expired 1990s), Divided D-76.

Seagull

First post of a shot taken with the Yashica Samurai X3.0 that a friend sent me. It arrived around noon today. I loaded a short roll of Plus-X and took it to the nearby harbor, where I shot this (and 24 other shots; it’s a half frame camera). Developed in Divided D-76.

This table at Obi’s Filling Station in St. Augustine Beach intrigues me. Konica Auto-Reflex (in half frame mode), Eastman 5222, Divided D-76 development, then printed as a kallitype and toned in palladium.
