It seems we could use a phone local wifi running a web server to basically begin serving the information required. (things alter in #sarajevo pretty haphazardly..)

This, it is hoped, could allow to:
1. better learn how to build the interface.
2. have time to find hardware required for a piratebox type server.

Used to be here a #hackersapce.
Will try to pop into the local tech uni.
