Good. Trump's imposition of the exorbitant fees on certain work visas puts an unfair burden on companies, especially in certain industries (eg., tech & healthcare). And it compromises smaller businesses who will fare worse than larger ones with more means.

Also, it's interesting that the judge called the imposition of those fees on #H1B work visas taxation, effectively making Trump's fees taxation without representation (via Congress).
