Still looking how to balance your VMs in #Proxmox clusters? #ProxLB 1.1.9 is here!

This release adds features that were requested during the #DutchProxmoxDay2025 which was hosted by our friends Tuxis (tuxis.nl). I'm hearing your feedback and all your feedback from the community and user base is important to me, so let me introduce the following new features:

* Add an optional memory balancing threshold
* Add affinity/anti-affinity support by pools
* Add pressure (PSI) based balancing for memory, cpu, disk
* Pressure (PSI) based balancing for nodes
* Pressure (PSI) based balancing for guests

You can simply upgrade via APT or by obtaining the latest Docker/Container image. PSI based balancing (still in beta) requires Proxmox VE 9 or greater.

⚠️ News/Changes:

BoxyBSD will bring in a feature for more advanced users for our free boxes. Instead of only selecting a set of pre-defined BSD based images, you'll soon also be able to create your install simply from scratch with full remote access to your box. This lets you perform custom installations of #FreeBSD, #NetBSD, #OpenBSD, #DragonflyBSD, #MidnightBSD but also of some other niche systems like #illumos

Unfortunately, this might still take some time and fully relies on the spare time of @gyptazy.

ProxLB 1.0.7 (an opensource DRS alike solution for #Proxmox clusters) is just around the corner!

1.0.7 will be the last version before I'm going to publish the new refactored code base in a modern and object oriented way. Version 1.1.0 squashes some more bugs that were postponed on the current code base and makes the overall future handling much easier (including new features).
