Yeah, in Guild Wars 2, I primarily mess around in World vs. World content. It has it's own experience and ranking system, of course. Been playing this game for over ten years now, but taken some significant breaks in the past. So after playing more solidly over the past year and a half or so, I've finally gotten into the "platinum" range of ranks. Woo!
