My advice would be to use hashtags. They are very important. General ones like #music or more specific ones like #guitarDesign. :)
Also be aware that mastodon is a part of the Fediverse. Accounts from different parts of the Fediverse can follow you and you them. So maybe there are music and guitar groups on Lemmy-Instances, or a group local to you on Friendica. Or Video Channels on peertube. You can interact with those.
