When Ed and Claire were on the run, and Ed was trying to calm Claire down, that scene where Ed was trying to get Claire to relax and breathe, I was picturing Peter Simon as Ed for that scene.
Peter Simon always played so wonderfully off Susan Pratt.

When Claire was pregnant with Michelle, and then when Ed and Maureen were fighting Clare for custody of Michelle, I had wished that Peter Simon could have played Ed during that time. There were just so many scenes during that time that I could envision Peter’s Ed interacting with the key players.
