Tonight I'm thinking about... Hatzel and Zeph at the start of their adventures in Eyrie, long before Saberbeak. The last saber-toothed tiger gryphon and a tiny little copperhawk with blue eyes, abandoned by the taiga pride. Who knew how far from home their adventures would take them?

Maybe the most requested chibi heart is Lei holding an egg in the trans pride colors.
I don't know if Lei himself helped crack any eggs, but I started writing this little opinicus hatchling who refuses to wear his sister's hand-me-downs in Eyrie the year after my spouse's egg cracked, which would've been the same year I came out as trans.
Gryphons should be longer, flappier, noodlier. We have the technology. We can make this happen.
