My granddaughter and I planted our second olive tree, today. (There are actually a couple of varieties that will grow and produce fruit in western Oregon.)

This is only my second time mixing seeds for microgreens, rather than growing a monoculture tray. I like the jungle look it gets, and the mix of flavors is nice, if a little less precise for specific recipes.
