Ein sonniger Februar-Samstag lockte hinaus ans Rasengeviert! Am Fuße des Kirchbergs in Ersingen gab es einen neuen Ground und ein reizvolles Testspiel (es ist noch stets Winterpause in Baden) zwischen dem Landesligisten 1. FC Ersingen und dem Verbandsliga-Kellerkind VfB Bretten zu sehen. Testspiele sind bekanntlich für die Gäste am Rasengeviert von durchaus wechselhafter Qualität. Dieses war aber erstaunlich »intensiv« und endete 1:2 für die klassenhöheren Gäste…

She was not in extremis, and as for resources, she knew she had many: It was winter. All around her lay a broad canvas of snow, plus rainbow-casting icicles. And she was not averse to collaboration. She placed the icicles just so. The sun contributed the rest.
Peter got out and ran to his mom, "Why are you here?"
Mindy smiled and said, "I'm glad to see everyone doing fine. I was scrying on my coffee grounds, and it spelled trouble. Minervie? What happened today?"
Minervie looked around, and said, "Boys, go on to Chip's room with your comics, and share nicely like you promised."
"Okay," said Chip with six comics bundled into a hug against his chest. Minervie opened the door for them, and they went in.
