Oh, #Grimshire! Hätte nicht gedacht, dass mich ein Farming-Spiel nochmal so begeistert. Aber cosy ist es nicht. Wir sind nämlich verantwortlich für die Versorgung der Fleisch- und Pflanzenfresser des Dorfes und müssen den Keller mit Futter füllen, sonst sterben die Bewohner! Das ist viel motivierender, als die Ernte für Geld zu verkaufen. Endlich ein Spiel des Genres mit einer Geschichte! Es ist immer noch im Early Access, ich freue mich auf das nächste Update für Jahr 2.

I know, cosy farming sims are getting old but today I discovered #Grimshire.
Lovely pixel art, a dark twist and actually a purpose to produce so many crops! 😻 (in order to keep the starving anthropomorphic townsfolk alive)
GrimShire by Acute Owl Games drops today so make sure you snag it!
I played the demo and will be recording the post release version so we can see how changes happen between testing and final release!

Wow, okay, this game has me hooked. I was so disappointed when the demo ended and can't wait for the full game to be out.
It's a farming sim but I wouldn't call it 'cosy'. Something very wrong is clearly going on and you're part of banding together with your found community to survive. So much I like about this. You're not here to make money, but to help everyone stay fed.
There's a free demo out at the moment as part of Next Fest. I'm not sure if the demo will hang around beyond that, but I really hope so.
