We could easily and quickly transition #canada into the world's foremost producer of green energy solutions.

A #canadian invented the solar cell.
Canadians invented the CANDU nuclear reactor.
We're expert in #hydroElecteic.
We can rapidly produce #hydrogen.

Just like industries changed for #WWII, and mfgrs retooled to make hand sanitizer and #PPE at the onset of #covid, we can transition to #greenGoals.

We know we can.
We just have to *do* it.

In spring, we have made the call to de-insure our car and park until fall, or unless required for off-island travel (then we do day insurance). We will blog the experience, to dig in and demand better cycling infrastructure and public transit from #Sooke and BC. #bcpoli
Hopefully we prove to ourselves we can do it, and sell the car altogether. #greengoals
