Just spent 2 hours hand-weeding the gravel drive (whilst Sheila is out with the car this afternoon), which suggests that I have got to the end of round 1 in the springtime tidy the garden project! Decided on a cup of tea and to enjoy the tulips (set last autumn), and listen to the birdsong. Actually pigeons and a chain saw as well! Now planning a shed extension and I believe we might be getting pergola!
