Frisch geschlüpfte #Streifenwanzen (#Graphosomaitalicum) versammeln sich um ihre Eihülle. Die rot-schwarzen Larven häuten sich mehrfach, bis sie als adulte #Wanze mit typischen Längsstreifen auf Doldenblütlern leben.

This striped bug caught my eye in late May as its colors looked exotic. I thought you see bugs like these in wildlife documentaries from the Amazon – not in Finland. But apparently they have arrived here fairly recently. Huh, the more you know...
