GmsCompatConfig version 168 released

Changes in version 168: - add stub for IntrusionDetectionManager.disable() - update Gradle to 9.4.1 A full list of changes from the previous release (version 167) is available through the Git commit log between the releases [https://github.com/GrapheneOS/platform_packages_apps_GmsCompat/compare/config-167...config-168] (only changes to the gmscompat_config text file and config-holder/ directory are part of GmsCompatConfig). GrapheneOS Foundation To Never Required ID or Other PII To Use GrapheneOS
GrapheneOS will remain usable by anyone around the world without requiring personal information, identification or an account. GrapheneOS and our services will remain available internationally. If GrapheneOS devices can’t be sold in a region due to their regulations, so be it.
