Just got back home. My crazy ass hauled this a mile and a half up to the top of Craggy Pinnacle (5890 ft) and back…I hope the pictures turn out well. Blew through a roll of #KodakTriX in the SLR, and between today and separate stops yesterday I did 12 sheets of #IlfordFP4 in the #Graflex. Also came home to some HC-110 that I ordered, so I’m looking forward to testing it out. I’ve never used it before.

It’s also the first time I’ve been on the Parkway since Helene. There are entire sections of sides of mountains where almost all the trees are down. It was bizarre. There wasn’t a great place to pull over and get a picture. I also saw two black bear cubs and an adult. In one day!

Heading to the mountains for the weekend. With the #Graflex I’m taking some #320TXP and some #FP4. I think I’ve got this bag about maxed out…

My Graflex RB Series B arrived home today after a full restoration. This is a 4x5 SLR camera and, based on the serial number, was manufactured 100 years ago in 1926. Can't wait to take it out shooting.

This bench has been slowly falling apart for years in a local park. I don't know when or if it'll ever be fixed (it's miles in on the trail) but until then it's basically a guestbook of visitors, lovers come and gone, and a home for moss to grow.

I was walking in downtown Vancouver and saw this mural.
I'd say the display of the art is really on point as of late.
The fact that it's behind fences, next to gravel, dirt, trash. The only flowers are the ones that are painted on the wall says a lot.
The hope we have is the hope that we create.

I took these on New Years Eve of the Cedar Creek Grist Mill using my Graflex Speed Graphic 4x5. I've been enjoying practicing with this camera since I fixed it.
The mill itself was originally built in 1876 and if you can get there on a Saturday you can even see it in operation.
It operates nowadays as a museum but they run it every Saturday (the day it's open to visitors)
