Вчера пытался понять, в чем суть произошедшего с дизайнером в GPTchat.
Несколько фактов:
- Он писал сообщения на страшном косноязычном языке, и чат-бот, настроенный на распознавание контекста, нашёл в датасете данные тренировки на текстах из диалогов дворовой шпаны - и начал "брататься", как с паханом, давая кличку, как и принято в пацанской культуре.
- Он часто менял контекст, и чат-бот "сошёл с ума" на 6 день, начав выдавать глюк вместо связного текста. Как анекдоте, "НУ И ЗАПРОСЫ У ВАС!!!" - сказала база данных, и зависла. Соблюдим правило Павлова и запретим говорить, что "собака подумала".
Это базовые причины. Опасений, что GPTchat сделает из всех консервы, у меня после статьи не появилось.
Фрилансеру надо было просто обратиться в тех.поддержку OpenAI и скинуть скрины логов и к ним туда, а не пугать людей... Бот не Бог, жаловаться можно. А вообще, конечно, жаль парня, высмеяли и затроллили его.

In only 20 minutes struggling with #gptchat I actually coded a boring “game” no one should have ever made. I’ll never play it.

I asked GPT Chat to write feedback on an essay it had written itself - superficially, it a good job, albeit it then awarded itself 82%!

I am spooked.

I asked GPTChat to write a pitch for a new political party. It did a worryingly good job.

I reckon an AI could probably pretty much automate the whole process of new party formation in the era of top/down social media campaigns, although MPs might need to be real people?

Has anyone else noticed that GPT results with references to scholarly studies include links and DOI numbers that NEVER work on Pubmed, Google Scholar or Google standard? What is going on? (I realize there is a date cutoff, but that doesn't explain it.) #gpt #gpt4 #gptchat

@DataDrivenMD As a #HighSchool #Teacher I spend a lot of time writing recommendations for students that will never be read. Summer academic programs require them so that they seem more competitive. A two sentence description of a student generates a page long letter with all the frills that everyone expects.
And #GPTChat also helps with college recs, which are also only sometimes read, and which require formulaic text to convey minimal information. #UnpaidLabor
