Sie scheitert häufiger an fehlender Systemfähigkeit:

unklare Governance, unverbindliche Standards, digital kopierte Prozesse, Insellösungen und Projektlogik statt Produktverantwortung.

Auch in meinem Entwickleralltag erzeugt genau das viel Reibung.
