Maybe it's just me, but I'm not sure that we should be priotizing electoral advice for a tight election in Pennsylvania from a guy who failed to get elected 3 times in Illinois (including a wave year) over a guy who got elected in Pennsylvania by 15 points while outrunning the top of the ticket by 12 points (and helping cause the wave year).

But that's just me, you know? Probably because I'm a (((Zionist))) that I think the latter has more credibility on what wins elections...

Whoever #Kamala Picks for #veepstakes I am hoping it is anyone but #GovShapiro. #Harris2024 Many reasons I feel that way. But the biggest one is you strike a major blow to the young people and old folks like myself that belive #Israel has the right to protect itself but not commit #genocide and war crimes.

I think you are 100% right that most people are not aware of, nor care, whether somebody is Jewish with the fairly substantial caveat that they are often made to care without realizing it is because the person is Jewish.

See: Soros, Adelson, Gates, Zelensky/Ukraine, and now Shapiro. Nobody says the reason when they are making people care, and so they absolutely refuse to see the connection because it implies things about the people they listen to that they are flat unwilling to see.

The state of "Left Wing" discourse, maintaining absolutely no sense of irony.

Just genuinely unbelievable to me that they're literally talking about the exact same people, saying the exact same things about them, but are so lacking in self-awareness that they think, despite being identical, there is some meaningful difference.

It's the height of "I hate antisemites, but I won't defend the Jew" discourse.

@dukepaaron is totally 100% right that neither Pritzker (though he never would be picked anyways) nor Shapiro nor any other Jew can be selected or this shit will get massively worse.

@Nonilex #govshapiro would be a huge mistake. Let's read this as how important #PA is. Nit that is is Shapiro. This would mean that there excelent reading of the room so far, just got thrown out the window. Young folks won't like a pro- Bibi pick. His callousness toward Palestinapians is anithetical to her ideals. I don't see this.
