LeRoy Miller"The Day The Earth Stood Still" 1951 a classic sci-fi movie. Has a problem that
is overlooked by most.
At the end of the movie Klaatu tells the scientists that the robots (Gort) "preserve the peach, and in matters of aggression we have given them absolute power over us." Yet at least two separate times he controlled Gort. And Once Helen was able to control Gort using the famous words "Klaatu Barada Nikto"
This has always bugged me.
