Need some help on good sleep.
In short I have been haunted by bad dreams when I sleep since Sunday night. Every night I was woken up by real bad nightmares and I ended up eyes filling with tears or so scared that I hold the one sleeping next to me tight. This happened 1-4 times every night since Sunday. Yes, every single night.
My question is - is having multiple nightmares every night normal? Is it related to health? Is there anyway to reduce or even eliminate these bad dreams, such that I could get some sleep? Quick remedies such as supplements or medication is highly preferred.
There're enough frustration already in daily life, and I have been jobless for months with no luck finding a new one. I just want some good sleep at night. Thank you so much!
