Good evening everyone 🌞 I hope you all had/will have a lovely day. Work was mad again and kept me busy all day after an abortive start when I got up in the wee hours to go to the loo and when I lay back down again fell off the world with awful vertigo. It was not fun and I've been dizzy and queasy all day since. 🥴

I reckon it's some sort of inner ear problem - hopefully fleeting. I'm going to try and sleep up on two pillows to tonight to keep my head raised up a bit and see if that helps. Falling off the world isn't my idea of fun 😂
