Back when our money was made of paper, I used to write bizarre funny shit on them with a fine-tip felt pen.
This was silly fun to make. I may be partial, but I'm prepared to say that it's better than 90% of the horror movies on Netflix. And, you only have to invest 20 minutes of your time to get to the stupid ending.

I recently finished Good Clean Fun by Nick Offerman. Obviously, I loved Parks and Rec and all his other acting work, but I’ve also really enjoyed anytime that I’ve heard him interviewed on podcasts or elsewhere.
Honestly, the book is fine, and it won’t be everybody’s cup of tea. Offerman does a really good job above mixing and humor talking about his woodworking shop in Los Angeles, Offerman Woodshop. I actually really enjoyed learning about the history of the shop and how they have managed through the years.
I feel like I can say with pretty good confidence that this will be the only book that I read about woodworking. That’s just a subject that doesn’t hold a lot of appeal for me long-term. But, I do enjoy reading about people who have a hobby that they really love or have turned into a career. It’s really awesome to feel that passion that comes off the page.
As I’m not someone who is a woodworker or that interested in learning about the actual act of woodworking, the chapters dedicated to explaining how to actually make several woodworking projects were very uninteresting to be, and I honestly skipped most of them.
With that said, I did like learning about the various employees and their paths to joining the shop. Everyone’s story was different. That was one of my favorite parts of the entire book.
As I said earlier, while woodworking isn’t my passion, I do enjoy reading about other people and their passions. If you enjoy reading about similar things, then definitely check the book out. If you think the woodworking aspect is going to bore you, then you should avoid it.
You can pick up the book here.
