@itsweezie Of course, MILLIONS of people have died in prior wars & purges in the "name" of #Catholicism" & MILLIONS of #Jews were singled out for death by the #Nazis. 🤷‍♂️

This is not the reason I'm am an #antheist." I use to hedge can call myself an #agnostic but I am a DEVOTE atheist.

I'm not #religious because #religion is just something that was made up by MEN to control & exert power over people into behaving the way that they want people to behave in subordination to them.

If you believe in the tenets of any religion, you do NOT have to abide by the rules of an organized religion to live by them.

I believe in the #TenCommandments & the #GoldenRule not because I believe in #Christianity but because they just make sense. 🤷‍♂️

There are other religious tenets that make no sense to me at all & I pay absolutely NO attention to them.

Ich sage aber: Wut düngt eine giftige Pflanze, die in allerlei Richtungen wächst. Ich finde, diese Pflanze muss man nicht düngen; schon gar nicht, wenn es @BlumeEvolution und @rpolenz betrifft.

Ich stelle mir vor, ich wäre in meiner Partei quasi allein, kämpfte aber gut Kämpfe um ehrbare Positionen. Wie würde ich mich bei solchen Kommentaren wohl fühlen? #GoldenRule
