IAintShootinMisQuick Curry Replacement if you don't have the Golden Curry blocks.
Melt 1/4C butter and whisk in 1/4C butter.
Cook the roux until golden, 3-5 minutes. Stirring Frequently.
Remove from heat, and mix in 1/4C Curry Powder and 2t garam masala.
This is the same amount of roux that comes in the block of a Golden Curry order.
I haven't figured out how to adjust the heat yet. But this has the taste profile of the "MILD" one.
