My first attempt at #Vietnamese #summerRolls in ages. Filling was shredded #surimi, #rice #vermicelli, #romaine, Asian #cilantro, Asian #basil, #carrot, #cucumber, #onion, and #limeJuice, all wrapped in #ricePaper. Dips were #saté (#peanut, #coconutMilk, #chili), #sweetChili (both homemade) and #Kikkoman soy sauce.

Turned out pretty good, though I definitely need to roll them much more tightly next time.
