I won't know who on here might also know Steele and Symphony Yeen, but Symph's car exploded into flames overnight and totally burned up, melting some of Steele's truck in the process.

Looks like it was an electrical fire, something faulty in an old car sparked and sent the whole thing up.

The car was insured for liability only so there's no help coming their way for the car. The truck has a high deductible but Steele is reluctant to pursue it due to past high claims related to work damages to his vehicles so I get the hesitancy.

I the some money at them already, might throw more in time. They're good folks, if you can spare the help please consider doing so.

I believe homeowners insurance at least covers any damage to the house and driveway. But they live in Ohio, cars are necessary to get to and from work. That's the big help they need right now - transportation. And the goal is enough to get a beater to get to and from work at least.
