We keep Dubia roaches in a little box for our lizard; roaches nest in egg crates. #GoblinTheCat LOVES the smell of those egg crates. He often tries to crawl into the bug box (half his size) and often knocks it over. Sometimes we let him just go to town on some of the material and be weird about it.
Hoping we all find this amount of joy in life too.

Gobbo is always down for scritches, even if he never totally relaxes for them.
My brother in law (a firefighter, not an oil painter) painted our #cats as a Christmas present last year, and the paint has (finally) dried some 9 months later!

When we adopted this little guy, he was scared of people and had put a girl at the shelter into the ER one time - we didn't name him "Goblin," that was the shelter. He's still kinda skittish sometimes, but he's come a long way since then.

Last night, just before midnight, my cat Goblin caught a rat out in the catio.
He then carried it up about 15 feet of jumping platforms and brought it into our house via a cat door we have set in the window. He carried it through the house across the livingroom, down the hall, and into the bedroom, where he leapt onto the bed (waking me) to show me his prize.
