We’re moving to another state, so this is the last gluten free loaf baked in this house. I took away one egg white from the recipe… this might be the best result so far. I think the right hydration and bake time was key. Oh, and I can very easily slice it with a normal bread knife instead of having to use the electric one.. no dough stuck to the knife!
