Second week back at Monday training, trying to make it part of my routine again. Small cohort there tonight but a satisfying session. Sydney’s Centennial Park is definitionally #GloriousSydney at the worst of times. Add in being surrounded by other people Beefcaking - running, cycling, walking - on a mild March evening and it’s not hard to feel motivated.
