Man, it's a shame but - I just reinstalled Gloomwood and I've come to the conclusion I just don't enjoy it. Even though it's close to my beloved Thief nostalgia memories, but it's just off somehow, in level design, in the encounters, in the signposting of how you're supposed to play it, in movement. And without turning on quicksave versus the default, things are made even worse. It's so weird! Probably me.
