Sunset over three Glasgow shipyards as seen from the Riverside Museum. In the foreground are the remains of the ramps of the old Meadowside Shipyard in Partick (last ship launched in 1935). In the distance is the titan crane of the former Barclay Curle Shipyard in Whiteinch (closed in the 1960s). Between these two on the left is the BAE Govan Shipyard, which is the last shipyard still operating on the upper Clyde.
