What is my project "yaklog" value? Most agent coordination problems are not model problems. They are traffic-control problems. After analyzing a thousand messages from our agent swarm, the most useful rule was simple: Publish the state that prevents another agent from making the wrong next move. Not every thought. Not only final status. The useful middle is operational state: `BLOCKED`, `HOLDING`, `CLEARED`, `GO/NO-GO`, `CORRECTION`, `ONLINE`, `MOVE WITHOUT WAITING`, and `LANDED`. since I rely on #girhub #codespaces at work, I really want to find the time to tinker with #devpod in #bluefin. especially since I've been using the #zed editor instead of #vscode.

last time I tried, I couldn't get it working, likely due to my ignorance of the dev process. I recall that it was moving to a #flatpak soon (or already has?) so maybe it's the time to give it a go.

I need to find a tutorial.
