@Luke The Conclaves were started in 1986 by Rick Glawson and have run every year since, so I guess this is its 40th anniversary year.

Is it just me, or does it look like some A3 sheets run off a colour printer and blu-tac'd in place?

It definitely doesn't look like genuine gold leaf, so the "literally gilding" line in this report isn't quite right, but I'm always interested to see signs making headlines:
