Just heard a fake ass siren on 42nd St and looked up to see an old blue Altima with emergency lights and a photocopied NJ temporary license plate.... And it had actual NYPD cops inside 😂

Guess that's one way to go undercover.

Cops were sitting on this ghost car in the West 40s with their lights activated. The car's paper plate expired yesterday, and it looked like cops were waiting for a tow.

Yesterday in Murray Hill, #NYC. No plates, not even fake ones. This guy could literally kill someone and drive away. The level of inaction by #NYPD on #ghostcars is amazing. #bancars
