The thing about writing a murder mystery is that all the clues must be there, but in such a way that the reader does not figure out who the killer is prematurely. As I get closer and closer to the end of this one, I'm constantly going back to add a clue, tweak one, or take one out again.
Another week at most, and I should be finished with this draft. I'd be finished sooner, but I know I won't get much done the next two days.
