Saw a sweet friend yesterday in my neighborhood. A Cooper's Hawk flying around. I'm a keen observer of #urbanwildlife. We have seen golden eagles, and foxes live in the #cemetery across the street and play in our yard. There were deer but unfortunately our dogs made them move.
I stopped walking on a crowded street to gawk. Everyone around me stopped to see what I was looking at. There was lots of joyous commotion and conversations as we all watched this friend fly about. #germantownphilly

#heyphilly says #germantownphilly is a food desert. Have they ever set foot in A&N Produce? I know that store blindfolded and I'm not the only one. The rest of the city feels like a food desert for lack of such options. Truly.
