To my fellow American friends: the "h" in "Heil" is pronounced just like the "h" in "hello". The "ei" though is pronounced as one vowel, same as the English personal pronoun "I" (uppercase i). The "l" finally same as "l" in local. And you surely know yourselves how to pronounce "Trump".
