4/ Alper Dinรงer then spoke about DuckDB and how it can specifically be used for managing the "Data Tsunami" we are now facing.
The sheer volume of data, for example in analysis of things like climate, necessitates new tools and techniques

6/ Our final #geomobLON speaker was Alex Wrottesley, taking us behind the scenes of the Geo 100 project, an effort to recognise 100 exceptional professionals, educators, innovators, and leaders who are shaping the future of theUK geospatial industry.
Alex shared how he was able to take the project from idea to reality so quickly and lessons learned.
2/ First speaker was Siobhan Ryan with a fantastic talk about testing AI services to see if they could find New Zealand ๐ณ๐ฟ
She put the AIs to the test, with only partial success. A serious talk very amusingly delivered, all about the challenges of relying on AI for geospatial. ๐๐๐๐
