Just told Dragonlet.
Their coming out to us as nonbinary in December (8 at the time) had a lot to do with me re-examining my own gender.
For now, I've left it up to them if they want to keep calling me "Daddy," or try something else. I love their calling me that, and I don't need it to change now. I did say I might feel differently as all of this settles in, but for now its their choice.

Academy of Holy Angels, (MN App. Dec. 1, 2025), a #Minnesota state appellate court rejected an #employment discrimination claim by a former media specialist/librarian at a #Catholicschool. The school refused to renew her contract when she disclosed that she was undergoing #gendertransition to present as a female.

@Badgardener I think I detect a wink in your eye ... but for anyone who doesn't know the Irish school system, most schools operate a #TransitionYear after the #JuniorCert exams and before the two-year #LeavingCert course. It includes work placements and a big range of short courses which pupiis choose between.

Today I made the last-laaaaaast step into my gender transition: changed it at work.
The company did a super job ensuring everything went well. People were notified and trained about diversity, and I was put on leave to get a fresh start in a few weeks.
