All 181 libraries in the Tennessee Regional Library System have begun shutting down so they can perform the "book purge" being ordered by state officials to remove children’s books containing LGBTQ+ themes or characters.

This is due to Trump's executive order, which is NOT a law. In fact many of his orders have been deemed illegal by the courts.
