dylenarI'm using #Garuda for a year and a half, and i love how fucking broken is Wayland ... every time something updates it breaks a config, they move config files around, they change locations. Now my obs is wrecked can't record my screen, display or window. Total bunkers how unstable and broken is #Wayland and what bs configs it needs. Every week, month it needs something else you need to change something cos people can't fucking decide how they wanna do stuff!

RockyCReally impressed with #Shelly, the new package manager for #Arch that is now the default on #CachyOS. It is crazy fast! The only thing I wish it did was to queue the installation of Flatpaks the way it does for repo apps so they install all at once instead of one at a time.
I also installed it on Fives, my HP laptop running #Garuda, and it works great there as well. Still gonna’ use garuda-update for updates, though, just in case.

so I do like #nixos I also like not having to think about every little thing when I want to do something. I will forever miss the config file for packages. and I know I can run it off the distro, but I don’t want to.
