I was in the club, shaking my sequined booty when the A/C failed. I was already about to melt, and the tang of sweat mixed with the rank miasma of ancient spilled drinks got to be too much - I escaped to get some fresh air. My feet were hot, so I kicked off my shoes. The cool steps outside felt amazing.
