The bracketing seems wild? #paris #garedunord

Starting a second shorter leg on this #interrail trip. This one from Paris to Glasgow with a night in London. I'll arrive in Glasgow after lunch on the first train out of London. Starting with the leg I like the least out of all trains, the Eurostar from #garedunord. But it's really fast at least. On the way back I'll take the Newcastle-Amsterdam ferry instead.

I am back from FOSDEM. This was quite a ride! And of course the last leg was the train 🚄 + bike 🚲 combo. My bike was waiting for me safely at the amazing Gare du nord bike parking, just 3 minutes away from the platform 🤩

Getting from Gare de Lyon to Gare du Nord was not easy. First, you need to find the right entrance to the correct line. In our instance, it was RER D (North), and the experience was akin to navigating a labyrinth with an abundance of signs indicating different directions while individuals were adrift. Eventually, we managed to get on the right train.
